Market Times
Mega Market Place runs from 10.00am – 2.00pm. All stall holders will have between 8.30am – 10.00am to set up and 2.00pm – 4.00pm to pack up. If you require additional set up time this can be arranged for a small fee.

Stall Prices & Sizes
Our stall rental fee is $50 which includes Public Liability Insurance
All stalls are 2.5m x 2.5m in size
Stall Holder Requirements
Mega Market Place welcomes all kinds of stall holders. Including Homewares, Pre Loved Clothing, Jewellery, Candles, Homemade goods, Art, Henna and Interactive Stalls.
The only restriction is that all individual products MUST be sold under $50

Is the Venue Inside?

The Curtin Stadium is an Undercroft. It is an open undercovered area. For images, please click here

Do I need a Marquee?
​
As we are an undercover venue a marquee is not required. However if you would like to bring one, please ensure this is noted on your application so it can be taken into consideration during stall allocations.

I would like be a food vendor. What Permit do I need?
​
We love having new food vendors at our event. If you would like to join us, please ensure you obtain a Town of Victoria Park trading permit once your application has been accepted.
How does the stall selction process work?
We endevour to provide a range of different stalls for our shoppers. You will be selected based on the demand for your kind of stall within Mega Market Place. Once selected, you will be notified and sent your Invoice/paperwork

Do we get to pick our stall position?
​
All stall allocations are done by MMP and will be sent to stall holders the Wednesday prior to the event.

Do I need to Reapply every time?
No. we keep all previous applications on file
